ALL ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kimberlyn Allen and I began my corporate flight attendant career in 1997, over 22 years ago. My first client was the Atlanta Hawks NBA basketball team in 1997-1998. Even though I lived in Los Angeles, the following year I began flying the Carolina Hurricanes NHL hockey team, which lasted from 1999-2006 when the team won the coveted Stanley Cup. Since professional sports is seasonal, I’ve  also had the opportunity to fly with many celebrities, entertainers, foreign dignitaries, presidential candidates, rockstars, CEO’s and the very wealthy elite.

In 2003, I founded Jet-Set Aviation Professionals with my friend and co-worker, David Clemens. We created the company because of the increased demand for service oriented, safety conscienctious flight attendants. Over the years we have expanded our business to include a global corporate flight attendant placement agency; an In-Flight catering consulting division for professional sports teams, (which we still provide to Carolina Hurricanes and other teams) and all around concierge services for the private aviation industry. You can view a list of all services provided by going to www.jetsetaviation.com.

Recently, I has created a separate website for Jet-Set Aviation’s flight attendant agency. The website is www.cabinattendants4hire.com.

In 2005, I was hired by Imagine Entertainment as “Flight Attendant Technical Advisor and On-Set Consultant” for the feature film Flight Plan, starring Jodie Foster and Peter Sarsgaard. I also spent time training the actresses, including Erica Christensen, on how to play their roles as flight attendants in the movie. I was asked to be on-set and consulted with the director, executive producers and others regarding the actual specific real-life duties and responsibilities of being a flight attendant.

I was also in talks to be a flight attendant technical advisor for another movie entitled “Red Eye” with Rachel McAdams but scheduling conflicts did not permit it.

I still reside in Los Angeles and have opened additional flight attendant training locations in Miami and New York. My future goals are is to expand my  Corporate Flight Attendant training program internationally.

I created a personal website a couple of years ago  http://www.kimberlynallen.com in honor of my amazing mother who passed in 2011. My website showcases wonderful pictures of my mom and her homeland of Seoul, South Korea.
